premise.
Welcome to San Francisco where the world isn't quite as normal as you'd hope. It is rife with demonic activity. Witches, werewolves, vampires, demons - they're all real and no one is safe. The lives of people of San Francisco rest in the hands of a trio of siblings known as THE CHARMED ONES who have a destiny greater than they ever could have dreamed possible.
Magica is a Charmed based game of premades. Each premade will be based on a character from the show. The character should utlize the basic personality and traits from the original show, however, the writer has some creative leeway. The only characters who are not available as premades are Paige Matthews, Chris Perry, and Wyatt Halliwell. PBs will be different from the actors in the TV Show.
This group PSL will adhere to common RPG rules. Players are expected to be respectful and respect the IC/OOC line. Updates should be at least once a month. Usernames should be IC and please refrain from excessive underscrolls and numbers. AIM is not required, however, it might help with character interaction.

THE PRUE HALLIWELL (![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) imovethings) ; Oldest sibling. 22/23. Strong, independent, and a leader. Has looked out for his siblings since their mother died when they were young. Is adjusting to his new life as legal guardian. Recent college graduate. Does not get along with THE PHOEBE HALLIWELL. Slightly overprotective and controlling, but means well. Also, he can move shit with his mind. True story.
THE PIPER HALLIWELL (istoptime) ; Middle child. Mediator. Tends to be caught in the middle of arguments between THE PRUE HALLIWELL and THE PHOEBE HALLIWELL. Acts as a confidant to both. Hates conflict and tends to freeze up when attacked. Does their best to find a compromise and make things work. Dreams of opening up a restaurant and becoming a chef, though they keep that to themselves. Spent a lot of time feeling inadequate and insecure because both siblings have set a certain standard. THE PRUE being the golden child, and THE PHOEBE being a very severe problem child. THE PIPER's snarky, witty, and loving. THE PIPER can stop time. Cause he's cool like that.
THE PHOEBE HALLIWELL (iseefutures) ; The youngest sibling. 15/16. Rebellious and angry. Spent the last year living in NYC with the siblings' father and has recently returned after the death of their grandfather. Also, daddy dearest is going away on business and THE PHOEBE has nowhere to go. Does not get along with THE PRUE HALLIWELL. Finds comfort and leans on THE PIPER HALLIWELL. Wants to have fun. Lives in the now! Can see the future. Ironic, much?
THE LEO WYATT (lscott) ; The guardian of the CHARMED ONES. Called a "whitelighter," THE LEO WYATT's job is to be there for them when they need assistance. Should they ever need a quick escape, to be healed from injury sustained in their duty, or receive orders or impending portents of doom from THE ELDERS that they feel the Charmed Ones need to know. Since THE CHARMED ONES do not know anything about whitelighters, demons, or witchcraft, THE LEO WYATT insinuates into their lives to slowly ease into their position as their whitelighter.
THE ANDY TRUDEAU (ssdy) ; 24/25. Former flame of THE PRUE HALLIWELL. Direct. Confidant. Argumentative. Seeks the truth and likes to play detective. Andy knows there's something off about the siblings, but loves them to death. They grew up together, and they're THE ANDY'S oldest friends.
THE COLE TURNER (incantanto) ; A half-demon agent who is sent to infiltrate THE CHARMED ONES and try and take them down one by one. After observing them, they've decided to start with THE PHOEBE HALLIWELL.
THE DAN GORDON ; The new neighbor who seems like a nice person. With no friends and being new at school, THE PIPER and THE PHOEBE do their best to make them feel like part of the community. Still, THE DAN GORDON knows there's something off about the family, but he can't put his finger on it.
THE BILLIE JENKINS ; 17/18. THE BILLIE JENKINS has been hunting demons for about a year. BILLIE is spunky, quirky, and a go-get 'em type. BILLIE's parents are gone all the time and they've been distant since the disappearance of THE CHRISTY JENKINS. Since then, BILLIE has spent their time searching for their sibling. When BILLIE hears about the prophecy of THE CHARMED ONES, BILLIE seeks them out only to find out that two classmates, THE PHOEBE and THE PIPER, are 2/3 of the powerful trio and befriends them in the hopes that maybe they can help find THE CHRISTY JENKINS.
